Custom Commissions

Customers may commission custom artwork by contacting us directly. The final product will be a result of collaboration between the client’s specifications and Marius Prinsloo’s artistic style. Full payment or a deposit may be required to begin the commissioned work, as per agreement.

Shipping within South Africa

For orders within South Africa, we use The Courier Guy. Delivery times are typically within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales of paintings and custom commissions are final and non-refundable. We take every measure to ensure that your artwork is securely packaged and reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, depending on the situation.

Return of Gift Products

For non-art products such as placemats, coasters, and other gift items, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
